Somethings tells me that the reason why those countries don’t have censorship may come due to bad internet infrastructure
But Belarus… It is a story on its own… Noone knows what really happens there, and noone there knows what really happens outside.

Aye, the internet should be for everybody, free of politics!

Also I’m not surprised Belarus appears as a “black hole”, but… I do wonder how only some Slavic countries and Moldova are “without cencorship” where as every other European country appears to have “some cencorship”???????????????
